A part of me feels that I’ve grown too attached being interested with the lives of my friends, always wanting to know what they’re doing, where they are, what’s happening and all that. I have decided to temporarily deactivate my Facebook account because I want to focus in doing more productive things—some I have stated in the previous entry. I have been able to find e-books of works by Friedrich Nietszche, David Hume, Nicholas Sparks and Mitch Albom. I plan to grow my e-book library and for the meantime, I’d be doing a lot of reading.
Why the need to deactivate? I don’t know but it has served a distraction and I have always wanted to do it during college, but due to groupmates relying on it for the Facebook Groups feature, it was just impossible for me to deactivate it. Now that I’m just waiting to be employed, I can certainly free myself from that social networking site….for the meantime that is. I still have my Twitter (@IAmMcKee) and Instagram (mackylimdelro), so you can follow my life still by following my accounts. And of course, I will not stop blogging.
That’s all for this post! I shall now go and read Timekeeper by Mitch Albom!
